Indonesia Racers are Getting Ready for Blancpain GT World Challenge Asia 2019

It’s only two days left until Blancpain GT World Challenge Asia 2019 started. The Indonesian racers, Rio Haryanto and David Tjiptobiantoro, and T2 Motorsports team have some preparations before they face the first race.

David and Rio will be raced using the Ferrari 488 GT3 which has set up by T2 Motorsports. They have done a seat fitting on the car in order to get an ideal seat. Car’s seat is made from a mould which has to fit the racer’s body shape that creates comfort and flexible space during the race. The racers and T2 Motorsports also have done a paid practice and pit stop changing tires to ensure the racers can easily adapt with the weather in the circuit. Rio Haryanto admitted that he has found some differences on the steering wheel’s buttons compared to his previous cars. “There are some differences, such as the traction control and ABS system,” he noted.

Other than that, there were car adjustment and team briefing as well to top off the preparation. The race will be held on Apr. 6 to Apr. 7 at Sepang International Circuit, Kuala Lumpur.
