A Gourmet Steakhouse

Steak has always been the perfect treat for anyone celebrating special occasions or for those who just really like slicing into a seared, juicy hunk of protein. Starting from Jul. 6, a gourmet steakhouse named Casa de Carne in Ambrosia Private Members Club is ready to give a high-end culinary journey.  The steakhouse traditionally prepared and cooked over a wood fire by Chef Hengky Efendy whose cultured for 10 years in Michelin Starred restaurants working under Gordon Ramsay.

Casa de Carne uses a selection of Australian beef, ranging from 1.5 kilograms Tomahawk Australian Wagyu dry-aged for 45 days, Australian Sher Wagyu, Prime Cuts, and 400 Days Grain Fed Wagyu, Australian Stockyard Kiwami Wagyu Prime Cuts, and selected premium Japanese Beef. Signature dishes from Ambrosia are available as well, such as Smoked Pulpo a la Galegga which is a grilled octopus with paprika and olive oil, and Pan-Roasted Barramundi with Capers Dressing. On the dessert list, there are Tarte de Pommes, Passion Fruit Cheese Cake, and Callebaut Triple Chocolate.

Casa de Carne opens for reservation every Saturday from 6.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. The time divided into two lots, the first from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. and the second 9.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. Each section available for up to 40 guests who has two hours to enjoy the flavored steaks with a vibrant ambiance and curated music by Gelly Kusuma.
